You've run your facebook competition, you've picked your winners and your club is up and running - now, get in touch with everyone who showed interest.
All too often when marketing online we focus on chasing new leads instead of those that are already warmed up.
Hopefully, if your competition went well you should have 100+ leads for potential clients in your area who are interested (and actively looking for) your services.
Very simply we need to contact every single one of these people, by messenger at least twice.
I know that seems like a lot of work but...
...it's important and worth it.
Keep in mind that it is very rare for a member to only join your club for 1 month, and in fact our research shows that core members (10 - 15) remain in the club consistently for over 12 month, so...
...each one of them is worth £480+
So here are the messages you will need to send to each facebook user that commented on your competition post, ensure that you send it at a prime time of day, so avoid rush hour and Monday's all together.
Message to send first:
Hi, Thanks so much for getting involved in our facebook competition to win a months pass to our exclusive Salon Membership.
I am sorry to say, unfortunately you didn't win this time!
But we still would love to have you in our club, as a reminder here are some of the benefits:
⭐ Unlimited appointments each month.
⭐ Bring a friend for a taster free of charge.
⭐ Convenient online booking and management.
⭐ Access to our online group, with promotions and events.
⭐ More opportunities to try out new products and services.
⭐ Only £??? for a whole month of salon pampering.
Would you like me to send you over the link to find out more?
Message to send after 1 week from either no response or negative response:
Hi, I know [I didn't hear back from you]/[you said you weren't interested] but I just wanted to get in touch to personally delivery the latest feedback from one of our Salon Club Members plus a little freebie for you.
First the feedback - "I was so lucky to win a month of free blow drys with Emma Hellier. Only problem is after my first one I’m now addicted...amazing bouncy and fresh hair, and I can’t wait for more blowdries!"
Now the freebie - We would love to invite you in for a taster blowdry to see exactly how we do it in the club. Completely free, but limited on space, so if you are interested please let me know and I will send over some dates.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Finally, those who attend a freebie appointment OR those who show positive responses - invite to your Club Facebook Group (which we will be setting up next)
