It's simple; they wont because they can't.

We suggest that with an unlimited salon membership, members should be restricted to 2 bookings at one time.

They may have unlimited appointments per month, but these can only be pre-booked 2 in advance.

This rule prevents over-booking as members are forced to wait until they have attended one of these appointments, before booking the next.

Better still, many members have a date in the the month when they need to guarantee an appointment. They will then book this date, and only have 1 booking to play with.

This is just one of the BLOCS rules.
