We use the payment portal STRIPE for all our transactions within the software.

On creating a BLOCS account salons either sign up to stripe or link an existing account - this can also be linked to a bank account to which stripe will deposit funds on a chosen frequency.

When subscribing to your club, members log their D/C card details.

Members can only book, once a payment is taken and the next months payment is taken automatically on the same day of the following month, unless cancelled.

If the subscription is cancelled, or fails to take, the member cannot book any further appointments.
