Step 7. Get testimonials & follow our marketing plan

Your Membership should be well underway now and you should have your facebook group setup and running for all your members - now it's time to leverage them!  

Now we want to use the club members we have to gain more, through facebook recommendations.

Invite your members to leave you a fantastic recommendation OR post and tagged your page, with after photo following one of their services. Most importantly they must use #JoinOurClub and your new own unique hashtag:

For example:

#[SALONNAME]Member #JoinOurClub

(sentence case is important for text to speech)

If they recommend you or post a selfie, tag you in it and use the hashtags - they get a free treatment at their next membership appointment.

BUT WE NEED TO MAKE IT REALY EASY!

So pin a post to the top of your group which says:

Want to make your next appointment even more luxurious?

 

RECOMMEND US at [facebook link to your page reviews] or if you have already; POST A SELFIE after your appointment.

 

You must TAG the Salon and USE OUR HASHTAGS:

#[SALONNAME]Member #JoinOurClub

 

Then POST A SCREENSHOT back in this group, to win a [treatment description] on your next club appointment.

Congratulations - you have now completed the launch of your new membership!

We hope that you will continue to have every success with it - now remember that your club is not like taking on a new product line, it's important that you keep talking about it and are still emphasizing it's importance to both your clients and team in 2, 6, 12 months time.
