11. Cancelling Appointments

In most circumstances the emphasis is on BLOCS members to organise their own appointments, however there may be occasions where the business needs to cancel appointments.

To do this:

  1. Login to your account at www.salonblocs.com/app
  2. EITHER locate the booking on the dashboard “Upcoming” list OR navigate to “Appointments”.
  3. Locate the day and time of appointment on the calendar.
  4. Click the members name and booking.
  5. In following screen, click “Cancel”
  6. Confirm Cancellation WITH or WITHOUT charge (if within 48 hours of appointment)
