In most circumstances the emphasis is on BLOCS members to organise their own appointments, however there may be occasions where the business needs to cancel appointments.
To do this:
- Login to your account at www.salonblocs.com/app
- EITHER locate the booking on the dashboard “Upcoming” list OR navigate to “Appointments”.
- Locate the day and time of appointment on the calendar.
- Click the members name and booking.
- In following screen, click “Cancel”
- Confirm Cancellation WITH or WITHOUT charge (if within 48 hours of appointment)
