BLOCS Dashboard screen is where you will find a list of Upcoming and Past appointments, alongside upcoming free slots not yet booked by your club members.

Clicking on any item in these lists will take you to a further, detailed page where you can view more information on the booking, move or cancel appointments, assign notes, or start a conversation.

Upcoming Appointments – These are your booked appointments in ascending date order. Any cancelled appointments will still be shown here in red to make coordinating diaries more convenient.

Past Appointments – These are your completed appointments in descending date order.

Next free slots – These are your free slots available for members to book in ascending date order.
