BLOCS makes messaging the Club members publicly in a group chat or about a specific booking easy.

Appointment related messages keep the chat grouped by booked appointments and are directly to the member, whereas group messages are shared with all other members of the club.

To send a message to all members:

1. Login to your account at www.salonblocs.com/app
2. Navigate to “Messages” on the top tool bar.
3. Using text field at the bottom of the page, type your message.
4. Click “Send” to deliver your message to the group.

To discuss an appointment with directly with a member only, simply:

1. Login to your account at www.salonblocs.com/app
2. Navigate to “Messages” on the top tool bar.
3. Choose the app’ you would like to discuss on the left side bar.
4. Type your message in the message field and click “SEND”

Please note that until subscribed, members can only message you directly, and do not have access to the group chat.
